The second application period for the RaVeN programme is open from 25 July 2024!

The recruitment process is conducted in two cycles:

Submission of the qualification for studies declaration in e-Rekrutacja system (1)	from 3 June to 15 July, 10 a.m. CEST (2)	from 25 July to 09 September, 10 a.m. CEST (2)
Payment of recruitment fee (3)	till 15 July, 11 a.m. CEST (2)	till 09 September, 11 a.m. CEST (2)
Entrance on-line examination	from 19 July, from 9 a.m. CEST (2) to 9 p.m. CEST (2)	from 13 September, from 9 a.m. CEST (2) to 9 p.m. CEST (2)
Preliminary qualification of candidates (announcement of results after 2 p.m. CEST(2))	24 July at 3 p.m CEST (2)	18 September at 3 p.m CEST (2)
Issuance of acceptance letters and certificates of the admission to studies	from 24 July	from 18 September
Collecting applications for studies, issuance of decisions on the admission to studies, signing up for the list of students by qualified candidates	from 23 to 30 September
